Presentation Requests

The Boone County Sheriff's Department Cyber Crimes Task Force offers presentations as a means of crime prevention through education for schools and other community based programs. Presentation topics commonly requested include fraud prevention, Internet safety, cyber bullying & sexting awareness, and career information for students.

While we feel strongly about the importance of presentations for our community, our time is valuable and limited, and our number one priority is getting the bad guy. For this reason, the following guidelines apply to all presentations:

  • An absolute minimum of 20 people must be present.
  • Requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
